Description

Our Pineapple Gold Love Mirror is a stately piece standing 1.5 meters high. It gives a nod all things regal from the Dutch colonial era and their adventures in the far east.

“The symbolism of pineapples as a symbol of wealth and hospitality can be traced back to the colonial era. During this time, pineapples were considered a luxury item and were often used to entertain guests. They were also used to signal that the homeowner was a person of wealth and status.”

Hand carved from plantation-grown mango timber and finished in either gold leaf paint or our signature mug grey which pairs back will our timber and rattan collections.
